An inspection was made and the property was found to be
open & vacant.
Property owner, Benjamin Zarate, was notified by regular
mail at: 405 N. Garfield Avenue, Oxnard, California 93030
Property was secured by the owner.
The property was again found to be Open & Vacant.

SECTION 2. Based upon the evidence sul:llDitted, it was deter-
lIlined that the City of San Bernardino was required to initiate
abat8lllent actions: that the City incurred costs in the SUlll at

City to abate-the above property shall be the personal obliqation
of ~he owner(s) as well as a lien on the above property.
SECTION 3. The owner(s) is directed to keep the vacant
building(s) boarded and secure and to keep the pr8lllise. free of
debris, trash, and graffiti. The owner(s) is directed to obtain
permit. and to rehabilitate the building(s) in cOlllpliance with
city code. prior to any occupancy.
SECTION 4. Any person ag9rieveci by this order lIlay, within
fifteen (15) days after Mav 7. 1990

Pursuant to action of the Board of Building Commissioners
taken on May 4, 1990, a nuisance was found to exist at 932
North Herrington, San Bernardino, California. Certain costs
have been incurred in the investiqation and determination of
this condition. These costs are set forth in the enclosed
statement and are now due and payable pursuant to San
Bernardino Municipal Code Section 15.28.150.
An appeal may be made within fifteen (15) days of the date of
the decision of the Board of Building Commissioners to the
Common Council. If no appeal is taken, the costs incurred
shall become a lien upon the real property unless paid to the
city Clerk within thirty (30) days of the date of this
notice.
If this condition is not corrected by the owner, and the
nuisance has to be abated by the City, additional costs will
accrue for the performance of the necessary work.
