authorized to proceed with proposed vacation of a Nortb/South Alley
West of Watel'llllll Avenue ud between Alexander Avenue and 27th
street, and Plan No. 8092 was approved.
Recommeftdld motion:
1. That the Ne,ativ. Declaration for Public Works Project No. 90-23, Vacation of
a Nortb/South Alley West of WateI'llllD Avenue and between Alexander Avenue and
27th street be adopted. .'
2. That a finding be ucle that the Vacation of a Nortb/South Alley West of
