STAFF REPORT
The Mayor and Common Council are considering an Ordinance
amendment increasing the Transit Occupancy Tax (TOT) from 8t to
lOt. This resolution would express the intent, that such
increase will be used to fund the San Bernardino Convention and
Visitors Bureau. However the resolution is very clear that this
allocation is not binding and may be changed at any time.
