His valuatiODS are the aini_ bid prices on each parcel. The bid peckages have all been prepared and attached in accordance with the past practices. The previous resolution. 90-111. is being rescinded and a new resolution is being substituted to correct adainistrative scheduling probleas. Upon passage of the enclosed resolution. the bid packages will be _iled out to those potential buyers who have expressed interest in the properties. and the City will advertise in The Sun. July 18. and July 19. 1990. and the Resolution shall be posted outside Council Chubers for the sue two days. The Real Property Section will proceed with the sale of the properties. and all sealed bids shall be openedA\J8U8t 2. 1990 at 2:00 ]lII in the third floor conference roo..
