CITY OF SAN BER,QRDINO - REQUEST ,\dR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Forms have been distributed by SAN BAG for listing highway projects, proposed to be financed with Federal-Aid Funds during the period of 1991/97 Fiscal Year. A project must be listed on the TIP, in order to be eligible for financing with Federal-Aid Funds. The purpose of the TIP is to promote coordi nati on of hi ghway improvements throughout San Bernardino County. Inclusion of a project on the TIP will not commit the City to construct this improvement, but merely make it eligible for Federal-Aid financing.
