Hardgrave, Director of Public Works/City Engineer', dated March 26, 1990 and order the work done (excepting parcels No. ) and that the Director of Public Works/City Engineer is hereby directed to cause the installation of said improvements and' mprovement of abandoned driveways if the property owners hav commenced such uctio by May 22, 1990. Anan""'"" I+orn 1\1..... lit! -- On March 23, 1990, notices were sent by certified mail to the owners of the properties listed on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and the properties were posted as required by Chapter 27 and Chapter 12.92. The notices set a hearing date of April 16, 1990, which is no sooner than 10 days after giving notice. Upon your actions at this meeting, the owners must commence construction by May 22, 1990, which is 60 days from the date of giving notice, otherwise the Ci ty will cause the improvements to be installed and the owners wi 11 be assessed for the costs therefor over a three (3) year period at 7~ interest per annum on the unpaid balance.
