Motion No. 4 That the Director of Public Services be directed to pro- ceed with the street improvements listed in Exhibits 1-8 and to seek bids for the cold-planing of such streets as may be necessary in connection with the improvement thereof. Each street has been viewed with respect to sources of funding, and the dollar-amounts have been assigned in accordance with the permissable use of those dollars. The recommended action before you, and the funds proposed for expenditure, are included in the separate hand~out which you have received, entitled SUMMARY OF BOND PROCEEDS AND ADDITIONAL FUNDING. Also included in the SUMMARY are other expenditures and encumbrances approved to-date by the Mayor and Council from these funds.
