CiTY OF SAN BER~ ARDINO - REQUEST 'OR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
On November 20, 1989, Resolution No. 89-457, was adopted. The Resolution is the formal
filing with LAFCO to initiate annexation proceedings.
A change in the legal description had to be made to except out certain parcels
previously annexed to the City of Redlands. Exhibit "c" of the attached Resolution
reflects this correction. All other items remain the same, and we therefore recommend
that the attached resolution be adopted, which also repeals Resolution No. 89-457.

of growth, planning and zoning of lands, and the subdivision of lands therein in
such a manner most conductive to the welfare of said City and the area proposed
for annexation.
4. The City of San Bernardino has planned for providing all typical City

enumeration and description of services which will be extended to the affected
territory, which describes the level and range of such services that will be
provided, as well as the feasibility of extending such services and any
