RESOLUTION NO. CDC/2000-21
RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO CONTINUE
EXPENDITURES AT THE BUDGETED LEVEL FOR 1999-2000 FISCAL
YEAR, PENDING FINAL APPROVAL OF THE 2000-01 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, the Community Development Commission ("Commission"),
having budget hearings on June 7, 2000, June 13,2000, June 20,2000 and June
27,2000, desires to continue 2000-01 fiscal year expenditures for the Economic
Development Agency at the budgeted level for the 1999-2000 fiscal year,
pending fmal approval of the 2000-01 budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
The Commission hereby authorizes the Agency to continue
16 2000-01 expenditures at the budgeted level for the 1999-2000 fiscal year, pending
17 fmal approval of the 2000-01 budget.

Section 2.
This Resolution shall take effect upon the date of its
adoption.
