RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF mE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AUmORIZING REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS
INCURRED BY GFRlCENTURY HOMES FOR INSTALLATION OF A 2-INCH
WATER METER AND ARCHITECTURAL CONCEPTUAL LANDSCAPE
DRAWINGS FOR A NEW CITY PARK IN THE UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS
DEVELOPMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of San Bernardino hereby authorizes and directs
the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department to pay the amount of $41 ,686.08 on
behalf of said City to GFRlCentury Homes for Architectural Conceptual Landscape Drawings
and the cost of the fee paid to the City's Water Department for installation of a 2-inch Water
Meter to provide irrigation for the public park that is being. developed for University Heights
Park subdivision of the southeast corner of Norma Lane and Stephanie Avenue. The recorded
map identifies 23,600 square feet of adjacent land as public park property.
