WHEREAS, TIlE FACILITIES MANGEMENT DEPARlMENT HAS SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR AUTHORITY TO DESTROY CERTAIN RECORDS NO LONGER REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY TIlE DEPARlMENT; AND WHEREAS, SAID REQUEST IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES AND REQUIREMENTS OF GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 34090; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
