BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCil OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOllOWS: SECTION 1. That Advanced Infrastructure Technologies submitted the lowest quote for the negotiated purchase of a used 2005 Chevrolet express van complete with a CCTV camera system in the total amount of $123,373.75. Pursuant to this determination the Purchasing Manager is hereby authorized to issue a purchase order to Advanced Infrastructure Technologies in the amount of $123,373.75. SECTION 2. The Purchase Order shall reference this Resolution No.2005- 320 and shall read, "Advanced Infrastructure Technologies - Purchase of used 2005 Chevrolet express van complete with CCTV camera system" P.O. not to exceed $123,373.75 and shall incorporate the terms and conditions of the purchase order. SECTION 3.
