DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..." AND ESTABLISmNG A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF PALM AVENUE AT VERDEMONT DRIVE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by amending Subsection (13.7A) IRVINGTON AVENUE to read as follows: "(13.7A) PALM AVENUE (VERDEMONT) (A) From Cajon Boulevard to and Including Melvin Avenue. (B) At its intersection with Cajon Boulevard (4~Way Stop). (C) At its intersection with Kendall Drive/I-215 Ramps (4-Way Stop), except vehicles travelling westbound and turning north from the 1-215 Freeway off-ramp. (0) At its intersection with Belmont Avenue (4-Way Stop). (E) At its intersection with Verdemont Drive (4-Way Stop)" SECTION 2: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by adding Subsection (21.4) VERDEMONT DRIVE to read as follows: "(21.4) VERDEMONT DRIVE (A) From Palm Avenue to Olive Avenue (B) At its intersection with Palm Avenue (4-Way Stop).
