"" Dear Mr. Williams: This letter is inform you that the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino will hold a public hearing on Monday June 7,2004, at 4 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, relative to its "Resolution Declaring and Establishing the Formation of a Community Facilities District, Authorizing Submittal of Levy of Special Taxes to the Qualified Electors, and Making Certain Preliminary Findings and Overruling Protests (CFD No.1 033)". As with the previous items regarding this matter presented to the Mayor and Common Council and approved at the April 19, 2004 Council meeting, the purpose of CFD No. 1033 is to fund costs ofthe operations and maintenance of the Verdemont Fire Station. A notice regarding the hearing on the formation of the CFD and certain related actions and procedures will be published in the SUN Newspaper on May 26, 2004.
