2 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXED MAP OF TRACT NO. 8416
AND ACCEPTING AS PUBLIC ALL STREETS AND DEDICATION OF ACCESS
3 RIGHTS TO BANGOR AVENUE SHOWN ON SAID MAP WITHIN SAID SUB-
DIVISION AND LOCATED SOUTH OF CITRUS STREET AND WEST OF BANGOR

Section I. RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
of the City of San Bernardino that the annexed map of Subdivision
Tract No. 8416, located South of Citrus Street and West of
Bangor Avenue owned by Merrysvil Ie Development Co. heretofore
presented be and the same is hereby approved and all streets and
the dedication of access rights to Bangor Avenue shown on said
map within said subdivision, and the same are hereby accepted as
publ ic and the City Clerk shall certify such approval and
acceptance together with the date thereof.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernar-
vote,
