DESIGNATING CERTAIN STREETS, OR PORTIONS THEREOF AS THROUGH HIGHWAYS..." AND ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF IRVINGTON AVENUE AT OLIVE AVENUE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by amending Subsection (8.6) IRVINGTON AVENUE to read as follows: "(8.6) IRVINGTON AVENUE (A) Between Palm Avenue and Pine Avenue. (B) At its intersection with Olive Avenue (4-Way Stop). (C) At its intersection with Walnut Avenue (4-Way Stop)." SECTION 2: Resolution No. 655, which designates certain streets, or portions thereof, as through highways, Section One is amended by amending Subsection (13.2) OLIVE AVENUE to read as follows: "(13.2) OLIVE AVENUE (VERDEMONT) (A) At its intersection with Irvington Avenue (4-Way Stop). (B) At its intersection with Belmont Avenue (4-Way Stop). (C) At its intersection with Meyers Road (4-Way Stop). (D) From Belmont Avenue to and including Garfield Street."
