A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS "ANNEXATION DISTRICT
NO. 180", WHICH IS CONTIGUOUS TO THE CITY.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of an Act of the Legislature of
the State of California, known as the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act
of 1939, and pursuant to Resolution No. 8122, adopted by the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino on the 4th day of April, 1966, notice was
given that said City proposed to annex thereto certain uninhabited territory,
known as "Annexation District No. 180", contiguous to said City; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council of said City did declare in said
Resolution that said petition asking that said territory be annexed to said
City was signed by the owners of all the land in the territory, as shown on
the records of the San Bernardino County Assessor; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said Resolution was published as required by
law; and
WHEREAS, at a time not later than the hour set by said Resolution
for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, no protests were filed by
persons owning property within the City of San Bernardino who did not also
own property within the territory proposed to be annexed; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings have been held in accordance with the
Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: That the annexation of that certain uninhabited
territory contiguous to the City of San Bernardino, designated as
"Annexation District No. 180", be and the same hereby is approved.
Said territory is described as follows:
That portion of Lot 135, Tract No. 2243, as per plat thereof
recorded in Book 32 of Maps, page 21, records of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the present Corporate Limits of
the City of San Bernardino, said point being the intersection

of __the centerline of California Avenue, 60.00 feet wide,
and the Easterly prolongation of the South line of said
Lot 135; thence leaving said City Limit line, West along
said Easterly prolongation and said South line of Lot
135, a distance of 146.00 feet to the Southwest corner
of said Lot 135; thence North along the West line of
said Lot 135, a distance of 100.00 feet to the South
line of the North 205.00 feet of said Lot 135; thence
East along said South line of the North 205.00 feet of
said Lot and its Easterly prolongation, a distance of
146.00 feet to the said centerline of California Avenue
and said City Limit line; thence South along said
centerline of California Avenue and along said City Limit
line, a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.

SECTION TWO: The property herein annexed is declared to be a part
of Ward 5 and the boundaries of Ward 5 are hereby altered to include said
annexed territory, and said property is placed and declared to be in
R-1-7200 Single Family Residential Zone.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by
the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof held on the
