View Avenue (SW 04-33), Richardson Street - Cooley Drive to Victoria Avenue (SW 04-34), Cooley Avenue - Tippecanoe Avenue to Gage Canal (SW 04-35). and Pavement Rehabilitation on Victoria Avenue, Richardson Street to Mt. View Avenue (SW 04-33), "I" Street- Marshall Boulevard to 30th Street (SW 04-30), 35th Street- Del Rey to Harrison Street (SW 04-31) per project Plan No 11237 e A Purchase Order for this work in the total amount of $1,163,255 was issued to Nikola Corporation for this work on June 10, 2005 Although the project consists of six budgeted projects at different locations within the City, it was bid as a single project in order to obtain the best bid utilizing the principle of economy of scale Although the total project is fully funded, it was discovered after award, that some components of the project needed to be re-budgeted based on the actual bid prices. The Depanment of Finance has advised that it is necessary to amend the FY 2005/06 budgets for each individual component of the project to reflect the actual bid unit prices of each component. Therefore, Development Services staff has prepared the attached spreadsheet showing the breakdown of actual cost of each component based on the bid prices and the adjustment necessary to fully fund each component of the project. The requested action is a budget adjustment and will not affect the schedule, scope or price of the total contract.
