(PETITION NO. 1166 GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF WATE&~N AVENUE, NORTH AND SOUTH 4 OF CAROLINE STREET, NORTH OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AND WEST OF GAGE CANAL.) 5 THE 14AYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO 6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclassi- 8 fies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City 9 of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby 10 amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows: II PARCEL NO. NINE HUNDRED TWO (Petition No. 1166) 12 All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State 13 of California, described as follows: 14 Lots 29 through 39 inclusive, Lots 40 and 41 except north 200 feet, portion of Lot 42 lying 15 south of San Timoteo Flood Control Channel, Lot 43 except portion dedicated for streets, 16 Lots 44 through 89 inclusive of Inter City No.5 Tract 2170 as recorded in BM 31/49 records of San 17 Bernardino County, California and portion of Lot 9 Block 75 Rancho San Bernardino as recorded 18 in MB 7/2 records of San Bernardino County, California lying northerly of Southern Pacific 19 Railroad right of way - more fully described as follows: 20 21 Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 52 of said Tract 2170 thence westerly along the south lines of Lots 43 through 49 of Tract 2170 a distance of 976.33 feet to the East line of Waterman Avenue thence southerly along the east line of Waterman a distance of 674.16 feet thence east 35 feet thence south 120 feet to north line of Southern Pacific Railroad right of way thence southeasterly 860 feet more or less to the westerly line of Lot 58 of said Tract 2170 thence north 948.63 feet along the westerly line of Lots 52 through 58 to the point of beginning. 22 23 24 25 26 27 (From C-M [Commercial Manufacturing] and M-l [General Industrial] to R-1-7200 [Single Family Residential] land use zoning district.) 28 MC-5 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 -. 2 Generally located east of Waterman Avenue, north and south of Caroline Street, north of the Southern Pacific Railroad Tracks and west of Gage Canal. 3 The above change of zone is subject to the conditions 4 imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San 5 Bernardino, at their meeting of October 6, 1980, as filed in the 6 office of the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, California. 7 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly 8 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San 9 11 vote, to wit: "z,-~ -tl/) ~ ~t.-z,g, Councilmen dffi1h-u~ !J;~ ti~?, it '.'
