3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1192, LOCATED ON APPROXIl-'lATELY 40 ACRES OF LAND ON THE EAST
4 SIDE OF r.1ERIDIAN AVENUE, 600 FEET SOUTIIOF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD).

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on approximately 40 acres of land on th9 east
10 side of Meridian Avenue, 600 feet south of Foothill Boulevard, is
II rezoned from Mobile Home Park (!1HP) district to Planned Residentia
12 district 6 units per acre (PRD-6U/acre):
13 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
14 California, described as follows:
15 That portion of the northwest one quarter of
fractional Section 7, Township 1 south, range
16 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian, according to
government survey, described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the centerline of Meridian
Avenue distant south 00 02' 40" west, 660.00 feet
from the northwest corner of said Section 7, said
point being in the west line of said Section 7;
thence north 890 46' 20" east, parallel with the
north line of said Section 7, 2143.67 feet to a
point lying northwesterly, measured at right
angles, 100.00 feet from the physical track center-
line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Palmdale -
Colton line; thence south 70 26' 33" west,
parallel with said track centerline 632.12 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave westerly
and having a radius of 8,570.00 feet; thence
southerly along said curve and concentric, 100
feet northwesterly from aforesaid track centerline,
through a central angle of 0" 44' 56", a distance
of 112.01 feet to a compound curve concave westerly
and having a radius of 2,764.934 feet; thence
continuing concentric with said track centerline,
southerly along said curve, through a central
angle of 8" IS' 12", a distance of 398.28 feet
to a compound curve concave westerly and having

a radius of 8,570.00 feet; thence continuing
concentric with said track centerline, southerly
along said curve, through a central angle of
00 44' 56", a distance of 112.01 feet; thence
south 170 58' 33" west, parallel with said track
centerline, 11.00 feet to a point in the north
line of the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-
way (formerly Pacific Electric Railroad) 100
feet wide; thence north 89053' 15" west along
said north line, 605.39 feet to a point in the
east line of government Lot 2 in said northwest
one quarter of said Section 7; thence north
00 07' 13" east along said east line 579.17
feet to the northeast corner of said government
Lot 2, being also the southeast corner of Govern-
ment Lot 1, 1,318.07 feet to a point in the west
line of said Section 7 and the centerline of
aforesaid Meridian Avenue, said point being also
the north 1/16 corner in the west line of said
Section 7; thence north 00 02' 40" east along
said west line, 659.29 feet to the point of
beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer-

ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code,

is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this ordin-

ance.
