ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AND AMENDING
THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1198, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KENDALL DRIVE, APPROXIMATE Y
465 FEET WEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF STATE COLLEGE PARKWAY) .

THE !~YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardin
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on the north side of Kendall Drive, approxi-
10 mately 465 feet west of the centerline of State College Parkway,
]1 is rezoned from R-1-7200 Single Family Residential District and
12 R-3-3600 Multiple Family Residential District to PRD-3U Planned
13 Residential Development District at three units per net acre:
14 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
15 of California, described as follows:
]6 That portion of Lot 1, Tract 2404, in the County
of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
17 map recorded in Book 34, Pages 52 and 53 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
18 said County, and that portion of Rancho Huscupiabe,
in the County of San Bernardino, State of
19 California, as per map recorded in Book 7, Page
23, of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
20 of said County, being a portion of the northeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 1 north, Range 4
21 west, San Bernardino Heridian, County of San
Bernardino, State of California, according to
22 the official plat thereof, as the lines of the
Government Survey may be extended across said
23 Rancho Muscupiabe and lying northerly of the
northeasterly line of Kendall Drive, as the same
24 was conveyed to the County of San Bernardino by
instrument recorded in Book 39, Page 59, of
25 Official Records.
26 Except that portion conveyed to Fay B. Davis,
a married woman, by Deed recorded April 5, 1955,
27 as Instrument No. 144, in Book 3612, Page 155,
Official Records, described as follows:

Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of
said Lot 1; thence southeasterly along the
southerly line of said Lot and said southerly
line extended, a distance of 200 feet; thence
north 320 10' 30" east, parallel to the west
line of said Lot 1, to the northerly line of
said Lot; thence north 370 30' west, along the
northerly line of said Lot 1, a distance of
210 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner
of said Lot; thence south 320 10' 30" west,
616.32 feet along the southwesterly line of
Lot 1 to the point of beginning.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
10 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
II Code, is amended to reflect the changes of zone set forth in this
