THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
3 SECTION 19.06.020 OF TilE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 1213, LOCATED ON AN IRREGULARLY SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSIST-
4 ING OF APPROXIMATELY 263 (GROSS) ACRES LOCATED BETWEEN WATERMAN
AVENUE AND TIPPECANOE AVENUE AND NORTH OF THE 1-10 FREEv~AY AND
5 FURTHER DESCRIBED AS THE TRI-CITY AIRPORT [CLOSED]).

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
11
located on an irregularly shaped parcel of land consisting of
]2
approximately 263 (gross) acres located between Waterman Avenue
13
and Tippecanoe Avenue and north of the 1-10 Freeway and further
14
described as the Tri-City Airport (closed), is rezoned from
]5
County M-l Industrial to M-IA Limited Light Manufacturing-Industri 1

zone.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal

Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
20
ordinance.
