2 ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AI1ENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING ~~~P, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION
3 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 1212,
GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF INLAND CENTER DRIVE
4 APPROXIMATELY 1,325 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTERLINE OF SCENIC
DRIVE)

6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
8 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
9 generally located on the south side of Inland Center Drive
]0 approximately 1,325 feet southwest of the centerline of Scenic
]1 Drive, is rezoned from C-M Commercial-l1anufacturing and 11-1
]2 Light Industrial to C-3A Limited General ComMercial:
]3 All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State
J4 of California, described as follows:
]5 Lot 40, according to plan of lots on Colton
Avenue, in the City of San Bernardino, as per
]6 plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 20,
records of said county.

The lots shown on said map being also commonly
called and known as Fairview, and Lot 41, as
designated on map entitled plan of lots on
Colton Avenue belonging to James N. Coburn, in
the City of San Bernardino, as per plat re-
corded in Book 7 of Maps, page 20, records of
said county.

The lots shown on said map being also commonly
called and known as Fairview, and all that
portion of Lot 28, Block 54, Rancho San
Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of
naps, page 2, records of said county, described
and bounded on the north by the southwesterly
line of land conveyed by Ada Nicholson to
Alfred McRae and others, by deed recorded in
Book 368, page 33, of deeds; on the east by a
fence along a bluff; on the south by the north-
easterly line of the land conveyed by W. S.
Hooper to I1rs. Rudecinda F. S. Dodson, by
deed recorded in Book 469, page 219 of deeds;
and on the west by the southeasterly line of

the Fairview lots, so-called as shown on the
plan of lots on Colton Avenue, said property
being a portion of Tract No.2, according to
map showing partition of Coburn estate in
Block 54, Rancho San Bernardino, as per plat
recorded in Book 13 of Maps, page 28, records
of said county, as conveyed by John C. Blake
and others to R. H. Baker, by deed dated
October 7, 1909, and recorded in Book 444,
page 192 of deeds.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
