THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Prezoning of Certain Territory. The real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally located south of the I-15E Freeway on the west side of Palm Avenue, is declared to be in the C-M Commercial-Manufacturing District, effective on the effective date of annexation of the property to the City of San Bernardino. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a reqular meeting thereof, held on the 21st day of June , 1982, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Council Members Castaneda, Reilly, Hernandez, Quiel, strickler NAYS: None ABSENT: Council Members Botts, Hobbs ~4)&~M- , Ci ty Clerk The foregoing ordinance is hereby approved this o/1"a day of q-?~K-e/ j7 Approved as to form: c~ne~~ . Me-In ZONE CHANGE NO. 82-8 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: All that real property situated in the County of San Bernardino, State of Cal ifornia, including a portion of the Rancho Muscupiabe, as per plat recorded in Book 7 of Maps, page 23, records of said County, a portion of Lot 66 of the Irvington Land and Water Company Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Book I, Records of Survey, page 32, records of said County, a portion of Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Tract No. 3613, as per plat recorded in Book 50 of Maps, page 5, records of said County, and a portion of Lots 2 to 5, inclusive, Tract No. 4250, as per plat recorded in Book 53 of Maps, page 52, records of said County; and those adjoining streets described as follows: Beginning at a point on the present corporate limits of the City of San Bernardino, said point being the intersection of the center lines of Palm Avenue and the Barstow Freeway (Interstate 15E); thence southwesterly along said center line of Palm Avenue 950 feet more or less to the intersection with the southeasterly prolongation of the southwesterly prolongation of Lot 5 of Tract 4250, said I ine being described in the deed to Charles H. Older, et aI, recorded July 8, 1976, Document No. 511 in Book 8964, Page 759, Official Records of said County; thence northwesterly along said southeasterly prolongation 35 feet more or less to the most southerly corner of said parcel as described in said deed to Charles Older, et al; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot 5 to the most westerly corner of said Lot 5; thence north 190 41' 50" west, 105.48 feet, thence south 700 18' 10" west, 218.58 feet; thence north 240 22' 50" west, 752.75 feet, thence north 840 34' O~' east, 339.94 feet; thence north 11 09' 00" west, 46.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the southwest having a radius of 680 feet; thence along said curve o . through a central angle of 8 30' an arc distance of 100.88 feet to the end thereof; thence north 190 39' west, 113.13 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of said Lot 1, Tract No. 3613, that bears north 570 45' 40" west, 19.91 feet from the most southerly corner of said Lot 1; thence north 310 50' 36" east, 200 feet more or less to said City Limit I ine; thence southeasterly along said City Limit line 980 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
