ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNAR- DINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 82-17, A RECTANGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6,350 SQUARE FEET HAV- ING A FRONTAGE OF 50 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF LUGO AVENUE AND BEIN LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 130 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF RALSTON AVENUE.) THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 6,350 square feet having a frontage of 50 feet on the west side of Lugo Avenue and being located approximately 130 feet north of the centerline of Ralston Avenue is rezoned from C-3A Limited General Commercial District to R-3-1200 Multiple Family Residential District: That portion of the Rancho Muscupiabe, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernar- dino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 7, Page 23 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, lying within the northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township 1 North, Range 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian, unsurveyed if said Section lines were projected across said Rancho, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of Tract No. 2058, in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 30, Page 65 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, 355 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 1 of said Tract; thence south along said east line of Tract 2058, 50 feet, thence east parallel with the easterly extension of the south line of Lot 10 of said Tract, 127 feet to a point in the east line of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Joseph Clevens and wife, by deed recorded July 13, 1938, in Book 1288, Page 86, Official Records of said County; thence north 50 feet along said east line to the northeast corner of said property MC-223 . 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 ,11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 so conveyed to Clevens; thence west along the north line of parcel so conveyed to Clevens, 127 feet to the point of beginning. The zoning map, which is incorporated by refer- ence in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance.
