ORDINANCE REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE
LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN
SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION
NO. 82-21, GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF
LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 19.3 ACRES HAVING A TOTAL
FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 1,245 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF
PENNSYLVANIA AVENUE, NORTH AND SOUTH OF NINTH STREET).
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
described as an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of
approximately 19.3 acres having a total frontage of approximately
1,245 feet on the west side of Pennsylvania Avenue, north and
south of Ninth Street, is rezoned from M-1A Limited Light
Industrial District and R-1-7200 Single Family Residential
District to "0" Open Space District.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
The land referred to in this report is situated in the State of California,
County of San Bernardino, and is described as follows:
Parcel No.1:
The north one acre of Lot 2, also the south! of the north 123.69 feet of Lot 2,
Down's Subdivision, in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per
plat recorded in Book 4 of Maps, Page 1, records of said County.
Also all that portion of Olive Street, now Pennsylvania Avenue, adjoining said
Lots 3 and 4 on the east, vacated by Order of the Board of Supervisors of
San Bernardino County, September 18, 1911, (by which order the west 1 ine of Olive
Street was moved east 39.86 feet reducing Olive Street to a 40 foot street), as
shown by extract from the minutes of the Board of Supervisors of record in Book
"D" of Road Records, Page 58, records of County Surveyors Office of San Bernardino
County.

Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, C.R. Blake Subdivision, in the County of San Bernardino,
State of Cal ifornia, as per plat recorded in Book 18 of Maps, Page 33, records of
said County.
Except the south 10.09 feet of the east 158 feet of Lot 4 and except the east 158
feet of Lot 5, and except the east 150 feet of the north 60 feet of Lot 1.
Also all that portion of Olive Street, now Pennsylvania Avenue, adjoining said
Lots 3 and 4 on the east, vacated by Order of the Board of Supervisors of

to the east line of said Lot 17, a distance of 208.707 feet to the north line
of Lot 17, which north line of Lot 17 is also the south line of Ninth Street

the centerline of Seventh Street extended west, together with the west half of
the street now closed, adjoining said land on the east.
Except that portion of Parcels 1-5 inclusive lying easterly of the easterly
easement lines of the Southern California Edison Company (previously Nevada
California Electric) per O.R. 1277-47 and O.R. 1273-205.

Commencing at a point in the centerl ine of that certain public road, 60 feet
