I ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
IPARCEL OF LAND, MIENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, HHICH IS

I THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO

IDO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
located on the east side of Tippecanoe Avenue approximately 520
feet south of Baseline Street, is rezoned from R-3-3000, Multiple
'Family Residential, to PRD-14U, Planned Residential Development
i
at 14 units per acre:
All that real property situated in the City of
San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
Parcel No. 2 of Parcel Map 6551, as per map
recorded in Book 61, pages 79 and 80 of
Parcel Maps, records of San Bernardino County,
City of San Bernardino in the State of California.
(PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND ELEVEN, PETITION NO. 83-22.)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
lordinance.
