MC-380 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, ~1ENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-6, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF KENDALL DRIVE AND PALM AVENUE) . THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property, a parcel of land located at the southeasterly corner of Kendall Drive and Palm Avenue is rezoned from an undesignated district to C-3A Limited General Commercial District: All that real property situated in the City of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of California described as follows: That portion of Block 62, as per map of Irvington Land & Water Subdivision recorded in Book 3 of maps, page 9, in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, described as follows: Beginning at a point in the southwesterly line of Kendall Drive, 80 feet wide, distant along said southwesterly line, and its northwesterly prolongation, south 580 10' 12" east, 89.31 feet from the centerline of Palm Avenue, shown on said map as 100 feet wide; thence Course "A", along said southwesterly line, south 580 10' 12" east, 542.41 feet to a point in a curve concave northeasterly, having a radius of 1250 feet, and being concentric with that certain curve described as having a radius of 1150 feet in Deed to the State of California, recorded January 21, 1972 in Book 7841 of Official Records, page 175, in said Recorder's office; thence north- westerly along said concentric curve from a tangent bearing north 500 55' 05" west, through a central angle of 110 04' 36", a distance of 241.66 feet to a line parallel with and distant 100 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles from the certain line described as having a bearing north 390 50' 29" west in said Deed; thence along said parallel line north 390 50' 29" west, 359.31 feet: thence south 830 42' 38" Me 380 ... 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 . . west, 22.11 feet to the southeasterly line of said Palm Avenue, 100 feet wide; thence along said southeasterly line, south 270 15' 52" west, 61.48 feet; thence Course "B", south 40 54' 11" west, 102.60 feet to the point of beginning. Except that portion thereof included within the southwesterly 40 feet of said Kendall Drive. (PARCEL NO. ONE THOUSAND THIRTY, PETITION NO. 84 -6.) SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this ordinance.
