ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, Al~ENDING THE LAND USE ZONING r~AP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION lQ.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-10, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 13 ACRES,
HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELV 460 FEET ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
RIALTO AVENUE AND A ~RONTAGE OF 875 FEET ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
THIRD STREET AND 3EING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 450 FEET EAST OF THE
CENn~RLINE OF WATEIU1AN AVENUE).

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOHS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
an irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
13 acres, having a frontage of approximately 460 feet on the
north side of Rialto Avenue and a frontage of 875 feet on the
south side of Third Street and being located approximately 450
feet east of the centerline of Waterman Avenue is rezoned from C-
M Commercial-Manufacturing to R-3-2000 Multiple-Family
