(PREZONE, AN IRREGULARLY-SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF
4 APPROXIMATELY 11.25 ACRES HAVING A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 550
FEET ON THE SOUTHWESTERLY SIDE OF CAJON BOULEVARD AT ITS

SECTION 1. Prezoning of Certain Territory.
I The real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto

~of land consisting of approximately 11.25 acres having a frontage

AT&SF Railroad right-of-way, is declared to be in the 0, Open

District, effective on the effective date of annexation of the
