ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-22, A RECTANGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY .83 ACRES
'LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MARSHALL BOULEVARD AND DEL ROSA
AVENUE) .

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 .83 acres located at the southwest corner of Marshall Boulevard
12 and Del Rosa Avenue, is rezoned from C-3A, Limited General
13 Commercial District to R-3-2000, Multiple-Family Residential
14 District:

All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, described as follows:
