ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 84-30, AN IRREGULARLY-
SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES HAVING
A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 132 FEET ON THE WEST SIDE OF I STREET
AND A FRONTAGE OF 35 FEET ON THE EAST SIDE OF J STREET AND BEING
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 217 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF HAZEL
STREET) .

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an
12 irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 2.3
13 acres having a frontage of approximately 132 feet on the west side
14 of I Street and a frontage of 35 feet on the east side of J Street
15 and being located approximately 217 feet south of the centerline
16 of Hazel Street, is rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple-Family
17 Residential District to PRD-14u Planned Residential Development
18 District.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ord i nance .
24 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
25 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San

1 A portion of Lot 35, Block 54, Miscellaneous Survey of the
2 Rancho San Bernardino, in the County of San Bernardino, State of
3 California, as per map recorded in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, records
4 of said County, described as follows:
5 Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 35, that is
6 558.52 feet northerly from the southwest corner of said lot;
7 thence easterly parallel with the south line of said lot, 179.40
8 feet; thence southerly parallel with the west line of said lot,
9 128.52 feet, to a point 430.00 feet north of the south line of
10 said lot; thence easterly parallel with and 430.00 feet northerly
11 from the said south line of said lot, 463.00 feet, to the west

18 south line of Hazel Avenue; thence westerly parallel with said
19 south line of Hazel Avenue, 396.85 feet, to the west line of Lot
20 35; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 35 to the
21 Point of Beginning.
22 EXCEPTING therefrom that portion described as follows:
