ORDINANCE NO. MC-469
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-11, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 ON THE SOUTHEASTERLY SIDE OF UNIVERSITY PARKWAY BETWEEN NORTHPARK
BOULEVARD AND KENDALL DRIVE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLA-
5 RATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
10 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located on
11 the southeasterly side of University Parkway between Northpark
12 Boulevard and Kendall Drive, is rezoned from R-3-3000 Multiple-
13 Family Residential District, R-1-7200 Single-Family Residential
14 District, and "0" Open District, to PRD-14UjAc Planned Residential
15 Development District at 14 units per acre.
16 (PETITION NO. 85-11).

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
18 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
19 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
20 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
22 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
23 hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by reference,
24 is hereby approved and adopted.

Blvd. and 657 feet on Kendall Drive. The proposal is to change the land use zoni
district from R-3-3000, Multiple-Family Residential, R-1-7200, Single-Family
Residential, and "0", Open Space to PRD-14U/ Acre, Plamed Residential Development
at 14 units per acre.
