2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, Al1ENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-5, AN IRREGULARLY
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 59.2 ACRES
LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH OF TilE CENTERLINE OF
5 KENDALL DRIVE AT THE NEAREST POINT AND APPROXIMATELY 640 FEET
SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF KENDALL DRIVE AT THE FURTHEST POINT),
6 AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF TilE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Nunicipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an
12 irregularly shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 59.2
13 acres located approximately 100 feet south of the centerline of
14 Kendall Drive at the nearest point and approximately 640 feet
15 south of the centerline of Kendall Drive at the furthest point,
16 is rezoned from PRD-12U, Planned Residential Development District
17 at 12 units to the acre to R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential
18 District.
19 (PETITION NO. 85-5).
20 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ordinance.
24 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
26 hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by reference,
27 is hereby approved and adopted.
