2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-19, A RECTANGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 6,750 SQUARE
FEET LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 20TH STREET AND PERSHING
5 AVENUE AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS 220 WEST 20TH STREET), AND
ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
7 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the fcllowing described parcel of real property,
10 a rectangularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately
11 6,750 square feet located at the northeast corner of 20th Street
12 and Pershing Avenue and further described as 220 West 20th
13 Street, is rezoned from R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential
14 District to R-2, Two-Family Residential District:
15 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
16 California, described as follows:
17 Lot 31, Florence Heights Tract, as per plat recorded
in Book 17, of Maps, page 74, records of said County.

20 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ord inance .
24 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
26 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by
27 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
