2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-20, AN IRREGULARLY-
4 SHAPED PARCEL OF LAND CONSISTING OF APPROXIMATELY 76 ACRES HAVING
A FRONTAGE OF APPROXIMATELY 3,655 FEET ON THE NORTHEASTERLY SIDE
5 OF FRONTAGE ROAD AND BEING LOCATED APPROXIMATELY 2,670 FEET
NORTHWESTERLY OF THE CENTERLINE OF LITTLE LEAGUE DRIVE), AND
6 ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
7 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

9 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
10 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
11 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, an
12 irregularly-shaped parcel of land consisting of approximately 76
13 acres having a frontage of approximately 3,655 feet on the
14 northeasterly side of Frontage Road and being located
15 approximately 2,670 feet northwesterly of the centerline of
16 Little League Drive, is rezoned from MHP, Mo~ile Home Park Zone,
17 to PRD, Planned Residential Development District, at seven
18 dwelling units per acre.
19 (PETITION NO. 85 -20) .
20 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
21 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
22 Code, is amerded to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
23 ord inance.
24 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
25 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
26 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by
27 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
