2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-2, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 ON THE WESTERLY SIDE OF "H" STREET APPROXIMATELY 460 FEET SOUTH
OF THE CENTERLINE OF 16TH STREET), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
5 DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A",
10 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, generally
11 located on the westerly side of "H" Street approximately 460 feet
12 south of the centerline of 16th Street, is rezoned from R-2, Two-
13 Family Residential District to M-1, Light Industrial District.
14 (PETITION NO. 86-2).
15 SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
16 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
17 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
18 ord inance.
19 SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
20 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
21 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein by
22 reference, is hereby approved and adopted.

IN THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
That portion of Lot 5 of a subdivision of part of Block 36,
Rancho San Ber~ardino, known as Mapstead Subdivision, as shown by
map on file in Book 8 of Maps, Page 25, records of said County,
described as follows:

BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of the
State Preeway as said right-of-way li~e is shown on State right-
of-way Map 456022 filed with the County Surveyor on August 27,
1964, said point being also on the North line of Lot 7 of said
Mapstead Subdivision, distant along said North line North 89~ 38'
57" East 247.47 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence South 80_47' 45" East 247.06 feet along the said Easterly
rlght-of-way line of the said State Freeway to a point; thence
continuing along the said Easterly right-of-way line of ths said
State Freeway ~ong a tangent curve concave Westerly vith a
radius otf-2,135 feet, through an angle of 10 47' 09", a distance
of 66.54 feet to the North line of the said Lot 5, s~d point
being a.lso the True Paint of Beginning; thence North 89 39' 17"
East 318.83 feet along the sa.ia North line at Lot 5 to a poigt on
the Westerly right-at-way line of "H" Street; thence South 0 19'
12" East 155.19 feet along the Westerly right-of-way line of "R"
Street to a point on the southerly line of said Lot 5; thence
South 890 39' 27" West 306.34 feet along the Southerly line of
the said Lot 5 to a point on the Easterly right-at-way line at
the said State Freeway; thence along a non-tangent curve co~cave
Westerly with a radius of 2,135 feet, through an angle of 4 10'
42", a distance of 155.70 feet along the easterly right-ot-vay
line of the said State Freeway to the True Point of Beginning.
