Me 514 2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS 3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-3, LOCATED ON THE EAST 4 SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE, APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF HIGHLAND AVENUE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE 5 DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW. 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 8 SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in Exhibit "A", 9 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, located on 10 11 the east side of Central Avenue, approximately 600 feet south of the centerline of Highland Avenue, is rezoned from PRD, Planned 12 Residential Development at 20 units per acre to PRD, Planned 13 Residential Development at 24 units per acre. 14 15 16 (PETITION NO. 86-3.) SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal 17 Code is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this 18 ordinance. 19 20 2] SECTION 3.
