2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
3 INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 85-23, GENERALLY
4 LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF RIALTO AVENUE AND PEPPER
AVENUE), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR
5 ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San
9 Bernardino Municipal Code, the real property described in
10 Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
11 reference, located at the southwest corner of Rialto Avenue and
12 Pepper Avenue, is rezoned from C-2 Community Commercial
13 District and R-1 Single-Family Residential District to C-3
14 General Commercial District.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
17 reference in section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino
18 Municipal Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set
19 forth in this ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
21 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
22 attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B", and incorporated herein
23 by reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
24 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
25 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
