BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-20, GENERALLY LOCATED
4 ON TIlE SOUTH SIDE OF EVANS STREET APPROXH1ATELY 194 FEET EAST OF
TIlE CENTERLINE OF HATERMAN AVENUE),AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
5 DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the south side of Evans Street approximately
11 194 feet east of the centerline of Waterman Avenue, is rezoned
12 from R-1-7200, Single-Family Residential District to A-P,
13 Administrative Professional District:
14 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
15 California, described as follows:

Parcel No.1: That portion of Lot 3, Block 40, of the
Rancho San Bernardino, as per Ma? recorded in Book 7 of
Maps, Page 2, Records of said County described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the south line of sald Lot 3,
Block 40, Rancho San Bernardino, 2~8.75 feet east of
the southwest corner thereof; thence east 203.40 feet;
thence north 299.8 feet; thence west 140 feet; thence
south parallel with the west line of said lot, 14Q.8
feet to a point; thence west parallel with the south
line of said lot 63.40 feet to a point which is north
150 feet from the point of beginning; thence south 150

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
13 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
14 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
15 is hereby approved and adopted.
