ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 86-29, GENERALLY LOCATED
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF KENDALL DRIVE APPROXIMATELY 170 FEET EAST OF
THE CENTERLINE OF UNIVERSITY PARKWAY), AND ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE
DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
9 Municipal Codej the following described parcel of real property,
10 generally located on the south side of Kendall Drive approximately
11 170 feet east of the centerline of University Parkway, is rezoned
12 from R-3, Multiple-Family Residential District to C-l,
13 Neighborhood Commercial District:
14 All that real property situated in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
15 California, described as follows:
16 Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Tract No. 12674, in the City of
San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in Book 183 of
17 Maps, pages 35 through 37, records of said County.

SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
20 reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
21 Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
22 ordinance.

SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
24 review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee, attached
25 hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
26 is hereby approved and adopted.
27 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
28 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
