" 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 RESOLUTION NO. 90-486 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF PROPERTY TAX REVENUES TO BE EXCHANGED BETWEEN AND AMONG THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AND THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO. RESULTING FROM THE JURISDICTIONAL CHANGE DESCRIBED BY LAFCO 2644, FOR THE AREA GENERALLY LOCATED EAST OF WATERMAN AVENUE, SOUTH OF CENTRAL AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1, Recitals. The Mayor and Common Council of the City of 8 San Bernardino hereby find and determine that: 9 A, Pursuant to Section 9Y of the Revenue and Taxation Code, prior 10 to the issuance of a certificate of filing by the Local Agency Formatiull 11 Executive Officer, the governing bodies of all local agencies whose service 12 drea servi~e responsibilities will be altered a proposed by or 13 jurisdiction<ll change will negotiate and determine by resolution the amount 14 of property tax revenues to be exchanged between and among such local 15 agencies, 16 B. Except as provided in Section 99.1 of the Revenue and Taxation 17 Code, in the event that a jurisdictional change would affect the service 18 area or service responsibility of one or more special districts, the Board 19 of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino shall, on behalf of the 20 district or districts, negotiate any exchange of property tax revenues, 21 C, The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino and 22 the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino have determined the 23 amount of property tax revenues to be exchanged as a result of 24 jurisdictional chdnge described by LAFC No, 2644, 25 26 27 SECTION 2, Implementatioll.
