HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-479 # '* 1 RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 4 7 9 2 3 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ASSESSING CERTAIN PARCELS OF 4 REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO FOR THE COSTS OF 5 ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCES (ABANDONED VEHICLES) ON SAID PROPERTIES 6 WHEREAS, the City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under 7 Chapter 8.36 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, did lawfully give notice 8 of and thereafter abate public nuisances found to exist on the properties 9 listed below; and 10 WHEREAS, pursuant to the San Bernardino Municipal Code, the Director of 11 Facilities Management Department served notice on all property owners of the 12 abatement costs for removing abandoned, wrecked, dismantled, andlor 13 inoperable vehicles or parts thereof from the property; and 14 WHEREAS, opportunity for a hearing the Board of Building Commissioners 15 to protest the abatement costs was afforded the property owners, with no 16 response forthcoming; 17 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE 18 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 19 SECTION 1.
