HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-447 ... 1 RESOLUTION NO. ;10- t/&/ 7 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 3 SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY FOR ADDITIONAL ELECTRIC SERVICE AT THE WATER DEPARTMENT'S OLIVE STREET AND GARNER AVENUE WELL SITE. 4 5 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL 6 OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION ONE: That the City of San Bernardino, a Municipal 8 Corporation, does hereby grant an easement to Southern California 9 Edison Company to provide additional electrical service to the 10 Water Department I s Olive Street and Garner Avenue Well Site, 11 12 located at 1048 Garner Avenue. SECTION TWO: That the said Grant of Easement referred to 13 herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1", and 14 is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though 15 set forth at length herein, is hereby approved. 16 SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of 17 San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said 18 Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino. 19 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly 20 adopted by the 21 22 23 24 25 26 Mayor and Common Counc il of the City of San ~~/~-.-1 meeting thereof, held day of Yftru/..;u~ ,19*, by the Bernardino at a on the 6~ fOllowing vote to wit: I I 1/ IIII IIII 27 IIII 28 1/11 10/2/90 .
