RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO SPECIFYING THE
AMOUNT OF THE ASSESSMENTS REMAINING UNPAID
AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO
COLLECT THE ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS OF PRINCIPAL
AND INTEREST ON SUCH ASSESSMENTS

WHEREAS, on January 1, 1990, the Mayor and Common

12 District No. 985 (the "Assessment District"); and

WHEREAS, on February 21, 1990, the Common Council
adopted Resolution No. 90-57, determining, among other matters

that the assessments remaining unpaid and upon the security of
which bonds have been issued for the Assessment District is the
amount of $1,101,681.82; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 8682 of the Streets and
Highways Code, a copy of the order of the Common Council deter-
mining the assessments remaining unpaid and upon the security of
which bonds have been issued shall be filed in the office of the

County of San Bernardino;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
Unpaid Assessments.
The amount of the
26 assessments remaining unpaid and upon which the secur i ty of

which bonds have been issued for the Assessment District is
28 $1,101,681.82.

Section 2. County Auditor. A certified copy of this
resolution shall be filed with the County Auditor of the County
of San Bernardino pursuant to Section 8682 of the Streets and
Highways Code. Pursuant to said Section 8682, the County
Auditor shall keep a record in his office showing the several
installments of principal and interest on the assessments which
are to be collected in each year during the term of the bonds;
and the County Auditor shall annually enter in his assessment
roll on which taxes will next become due, opposite each lot or
parcel of land affected in a space marked "public improvement
assessment," or by other suitable designation, the several
installments of the assessment coming due during the fiscal year
13 covered by the assessment roll, including in each the
case
14 interest due on the total unpaid assessments.

RESOLUTION SPECIFYING AMOUNT OF UNPAID ASSESSMENTS
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of
August, 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
