(Building 4 Abatements - 732 W. 6th St., 200 W. 11th St., 1008 W. 15th St., 695 W. 17th St., 2833 N. California, 847 N. "E" St., 630 N. "F" 51 St., 1108 N. "F" St., 937 N. "G" St., 3107 Gardena, 1611 Kendall Dr., 307 N. Macy, 845 N. Mayfield, 2005 McKinley, 1650 N. Mt. 61 Vernon Ave., 2089 N. Mt. Vernon Ave., 908 Tippecanoe, 545 W. I Victoria, 555 W. Victoria, 1222 W. Walnut) 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE 8 CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and other laws, did lawfully cause public nuisance abatements on the real property described in Exhibit" A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. The last known owners of record as to each such parcel are also specified in Exhibit "A". Due notice was given to the person or persons having an interest in said property and a hearing was held by the Board of Building Commissioners to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property. The Board of Building Commissioners has entered its order determining the costs to be reasonable and proper and imposing a lien upon the land involved. Notice of the right to appeal to the Mayor and Council has been issued to all affected property The Board of Building Commissioners now requests Mayor and Common Council confirm the imposition of the I RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING COSTS AND IMPOSING LIENS ON CERTAIN PARCELS... (Building Abatements) , 1 2 SECTION 2. The matter having now come before the Mayor 3 and Common Council for confirmation of the imposition of the 4 liens imposed, the following costs are found to have been duly 5 incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said 6 provisions of the San Bernardino Municipal Code and the final 7 statements of costs on file with the City Clerk are hereby 8 confirmed and adopted as special assessments against the 9 properties listed in Exhibit "A" hereto. 10 11 SECTION 3. If said sum is not fully paid to the City 12 Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after 13 mailing a notice to the person or persons having an interest in 14 said property informing said person or persons of the adoption 15 of this resolution as to any such individual parcel, then said 16 sum shall be and become a lien on said property 17 pursuant to said Municipal Code provisions and applicable laws 18 and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon. 19 20 SECTION 4. In the event said sum is not paid as 21 hereinabove provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to 22 file a certified copy of this resolution with the Auditor of 23 the County of San Bernardino, State of California, directing 24 that said sum be entered as lien charges against said property 25 as it appears on the current assessment rolls, to be collected 26 at the same time and in the same manner, subject to the same 27 penalties and interest upon delinquencies, as the general taxes 28 for the City of San Bernardino are collected. 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING COSTS AND IMPOSING LIENS ON CERTAIN PARCELS. . .
