(Building Abatements - 955 W. 7th St., 1684 W. 8th St., 570 W. 9th St., 1811 W. 9th St., 372 W. 10th St., 1944 W. 17th St., 407 S. Arrowhead Ave., 1379 N. Arrowhead Ave. #6, 1199 W. Be11eview, 630 E. Central Ave., 1348 N. Davidson Ave., 669 N. "G" St., 1602-20 N. "H" St., 963 W. Highland, 1031 S. Lincoln, 2123 W. Lincoln, 1306 N. Lugo, 1311 N. Vine St., 345 Wabash) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City of San Bernardino, pursuant to its authority under San Bernardino Municipal Code Chapter 15.28 and other laws, did lawfully cause public nuisance abatements on the real property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth. The last known owners of record as to each such parcel are also specified in Exhibit "A". Due notice was given to the person or persons having an interest in said property and a hearing was held by the Board of Building Commissioners to hear protests and to assess the costs of said abatement on said property. The Board of Building Commissioners has entered its order determining the costs to be reasonable and proper and imposing a lien upon the land involved. The Board of Building Commissioners now requests that the Mayor and Common Council confirm the imposition of the liens. SECTION 2. The matter having now come before the Mayor and Common Council for confirmation of the imposition of the liens imposed, the following costs are found to have been duly incurred by the City pursuant to proceedings under said provisions of the San Bernardino Municipal Code and the final statements of costs on file with the City Clerk are hereby special assessments against the confirmed and adopted as properties listed in Exhibit "A" hereto. SECTION 3. If said sum is not fully paid to the City Clerk, City Hall, San Bernardino, within five (5) days after mailing a notice to the person or persons having an interest in said property informing said person or persons of the adoption of this resolution as to any such individual parcel, then said sum shall be and become a lien on said property pursuant to said Municipal Code provisions and applicable laws and shall be collected as a special assessment thereon. SECTION 4. In the event said sum is not paid as hereinabove provided, the City Clerk is hereby directed to 2 R~SOLU~ION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING COSTS AND IMPOSING LIENS ON CERTAIN PARCELS...
