Home My WebLink About1990-223 ., ~ 1 llESOLUTION NO. 90-223 2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING THE 1990-91 ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR ASSESSMENT DISTlHCT NO. 951, LANDSCAPING CONSTRUCTION AND 3 MAINTENANCE DISTRICT, WAGONWHEEL ROAD AREA. 4 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 131-/102, the Mayor and Common Council 5 found that the publ ic interest, convenience, and necessity required the 6 formation of a landscaping construction and maintenance district; and 7 8 WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 81-482, the Mayor and Common 9 Cound I formed an assessment district known as Assessment District No. 951 10 for the purpose of providing landscaping construction and maintenance in the 11 Wagonwheel Road Area pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 12.90 of the San 12 Bernardino Munieipal Code; and 13 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 01-360, the Mayor and Common Council 14 declared that all the land included within the boundaries of said district 15 will be benefited by the construction and maintenance of said landscaping; 16 and 17 18 WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 81-360 declared that an annual 19 assessment shall be levied on iill land within the district to provide funding 20 for said landscaping construction and maintenance and the administrat ion 21 thereof; and 22 WHEREAS, the payments on the construction portion of the district 23 were spread over a five (5) year pedod and the last payment thereon was milde 24 on the 1987-88 assessment roll, therefore all assessments rolls hereafter are 25 prepared only for the maintenance and administration of the landscaping; dnd 26 27 28 05-23-90 '" RESOLUTIOIi ArPRV. 1990 ASSES., ROLL ,A1)95' 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24- 25 26 27 28 WHEREAS, an Assessment Roll hits been prepared totalling $6,244.00 for Zone 1, $257.85 for Zmw 2, or $6,501. 85 for the entire District, which sets forth the individual assessments to be levied on each of the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 951 for the fiscal year 1990-91; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Common Council do hereby find and determine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of land within Assessment District No. 951 are correctly set forth on Assessment Roll No. 951 for the fisc.tl year 1990-91, designated as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, and do hereby confirm said assessments. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be transmitted to the office of the Auditor-Controller for the County of San Bernardino with the request that the individual assessments be placed on the subject 1990-91 property tax bi 11s for collection together wi th a 11 other proper-ty taxes.
