RESOLUTION NO. 90-154
2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO ESTABLISHING CERTAIN FEES TO BE CHARGED BY THE
3 PUBLIC SERVICES DEPARTMENT
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following schedule of fees is hereby
adopted and the Director of Public Services is hereby directed to
collect such fees in accordance with law:
1. Sewer Connection Dye Test Fee
2. Encroachment permits (For each space of
twenty-two (22) by eight (8) feet or
less, per each twenty-four (24) consecutive
hour period, or portion thereof, including
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays

$3.00 for

3. Permit for the moving of any building or any $7.50

4. Permit for the moving of any oversize load

5. Special deposit to cover the cost of
repairing and replacing a public street,
