RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, A CORPORATION, FOR THE UNDERGROUNDING OF ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION LINES OVER CITY-OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 21ST STREET, EAST OF VALENCIA (PORTION OF PERRIS HILL PARK). BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
